Message from the Principal

A woman with blonde hair and a warm smile poses for a portrait.

Dear Parents and Guardians,

At Keeling, we believe that every child has the potential to grow, learn, and thrive. Our dedicated staff is here to support your child’s academic and personal development in a safe and caring environment.

We know that families play a huge role in a child’s success at school. Your daily encouragement, routines, and conversations help your child develop the confidence and habits they need to succeed.

Here are some ways you can help support learning at home:

  • Establish daily routines: Set aside quiet time each day for reading and homework.
  • Encourage curiosity: Ask your child about what they’re learning, show them you’re interested and proud.
  • Limit distractions: Reduce screen time during homework and bedtime to help your child stay focused and rested.
  • Celebrate small wins: Progress takes time, praise your child’s efforts and growth along the way.
  • Stay involved: Use ParentSquare to check in, ask questions, and stay connected to your child’s teacher.

Let’s work together to make this year a joyful, meaningful, and successful one for your child. We are so glad to be on this journey with you!

Sincerely,

Annette Orelup
